Apple Cinnamon Water & Tangerine, Mint Green Tea
I am so exited to share these simple and beneficial recipe's with you. After losing now 40 lbs in 10 weeks using Ketone Balance Duo I am always looking for easy ways to replace a not so healthy item from my diet to a healthy one. So, when I came across these recipe's I went out and purchased the ingredient's and got started. What are they? You ask. Well ,let me start out with Apple Cinnamon water which is just that, Apples and Cinnamon . That's it! You have to try this, you will love the wonderful benefits you get out of drinking this lovely concoction. So, all you are going to do is slice the apple thinly, combine with a stick of Cinnamon to a pitcher of water. Refrigerate overnight for best results. Do not worry about the size or brand of apples or the brand of cinnamon. I recommend to store Cinnamon in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat. I store mine in my pantry, nicely tucked in a zip lock bag, then packed in a storage container. If stored correctly your Cinnamon can last up to 4 years. So , it is worth the work to keep it stored properly.
I can honestly say I am obsessed with Apple Cinnamon water. I love how it taste. You do not need to add any sugars, it simply taste great on its own. I highly recommend that you try it and confident you will love it and your kids will too. I now omit any soda or even juices from my grocery list and kids love it.
Now to the best part, the benefits!
Apples – one of the best fruits you can eat. They’re high in fiber, especially pectin, a soluble fiber that helps promote good digestive health and a sense of fullness. Apples also have a high water content and contain many organic compounds and vitamins that boost your overall health. They’re a great detox food on their own.
Cinnamon – the best natural ingredient there is for weight loss. It contains natural thermogenic properties, which means it will rev up your metabolism and burn a ton of calories in the process. This is true of many spices, especially ones that come with a little heat.
So, as you can see Apple Cinnamon water is a great way to stay hydrated and it is a healthy option for you, better then any sports drink.
Another great receipe Tangerine, Mint Green Tea. I usually drink this as a replacement from my usual morning orange juice or coffee. It refreshing and tasty and also very beneficial. This recipe I found is highly recommended by the great Dr. OZ referred to as Tangerine Weight -Orade recipe. I make literally pitchers and pitchers of this one because I also take it with me in a sports bottle wherever I go. In a large pitcher combine 8 cups of brewed green tea, 1 sliced tangerine and a handful of mint leaves. Stir in Ice and refrigerate overnight. Drink 1 pitcher daily for maximum results Again do not worry about brands or size of tangerines. To keep mint leaves fresh and potent, dampen a paper towel and gently wrap the mint leaves. Place these fresh mint leaves in plastic bag avoid sealing completely so air can circulate and refrigerate. Last up to two weeks. You can also freeze the mint leaves, simply rinse leaves and pat dry, store in plastic bag and freeze. Drinking this Tangerine Mint Tea works miracles for me combined with my ketone balance duo .
